Cyclist Fatally Hit by Car in Santa Ana Early Saturday Morning
Santa Ana, California: A bicyclist died after being hit by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Santa Ana, police said.
The incident was reported around 4 a.m. near Bristol Street and Alton Avenue.
According to investigators, a car was traveling northbound on Bristol approaching Alton when it struck a bicyclist going eastbound across the northbound lanes.
The cyclist died in the accident.
The driver stopped and cooperated with authorities.
