Daniel Little Killed in Bakersfield Car Crash on Highway 43 near Panama Lane

Bakersfield, California – 42-year-old Jordan Daniel Little has been identified as the man who was killed in a car crash that happened on Wednesday afternoon in Bakersfield.

The fatal crash was reported at around 12:15 p.m. on Highway 43 near Panama Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Authorities say the Bakersfield man was driving a Kia Sol southbound on Highway 43 when he drifted into the opposite lanes for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a Freightliner driven by a 32-year-old man from Delano.

The car spun onto the west shoulder of the highway and overturned onto its right side.

Little was pronounced dead at the accident scene by the Kern County Coroner’s Office.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
