Danny Vargas Dies in Menifee Motorcycle Accident at Menifee Road and Highway 74
Menifee, California – 28-year-old Danny Ponce Vargas, of Hemet, has been identified as the motorcyclist who died in a crash at an intersection in Menifee on Monday morning.
According to the Menifee Police Department, the accident happened around 4 a.m. at Highway 74 and Menifee Road.
Vargas was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a sedan and a pickup truck.
Riverside County Fire Department responded to the crash and pronounced Vargas dead at the scene.
The two drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
