Darren Stevenson Killed in San Diego Crash at B and Pershing Streets
San Diego, California – 54-year-old Darren Stevenson has been identified as the man who died in a bicycle accident in early March in San Diego.
The accident happened at B and Pershing streets at around 8:17 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Stevenson was riding his bicycle on bike lane when he was struck by a vehicle.
The man was transported to Scripps Mercy Hospital, where he died while receiving treatment.
The driver of the car was unhurt. He remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
