Deadly Collision on Sixth Avenue and Highway 198 in Hanford
Hanford, California: A driver died after colliding into the rear of a semi-truck Wednesday evening at an intersection in Hanford, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck transpired at about 7:15 p.m. at Sixth Avenue and Highway 198.
According to CHP, a semi-truck was making a right turn toward the highway when the driver of a car slammed into the back of the semi.
The driver of the car was killed in the accident.
Investigators are trying to establish the factors that may have contributed to the collision.
