Deadly Collision on SR-89 in Yavapai County
Yavapai County, Arizona: One person died in a traffic collision involving a semi-truck that happened Wednesday morning near Paulden.
The wreck was reported around 6 a.m. at milepost 336, about 25 miles north of Prescott.
Authorities said a semi-truck and another vehicle were involved in the accident.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office said one person died in the crash.
Investigators closed SR-89 from Old Highway 89 to Sweet Valley Road until around 11 a.m., when it was reopened.
