Deadly Crash at Cooper and McFadden Roads in Salinas
Salinas, California: One person died, and three others were hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision that happened Thursday morning in Salinas.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck was reported around 6:46 a.m. on Cooper Road at McFadden Road.
Two vehicles, including one occupied by children, collided for an unknown reason.
One of the cars went off the roadway into a field. No injuries were reported in that vehicle.
The report said one person died in the crash.
Three other persons sustained injuries. One of the patients was airlifted to the hospital.
There were no details given about the cause of the collision.
