Deadly Motorcycle Accident on 10 Freeway in Baldwin Park
Baldwin Park, California: A motorcyclist died in a traffic collision that happened Tuesday morning on 10 Freeway in Baldwin Park, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported at about 9:32 a.m. in the westbound lanes just east of the 605 Freeway.
Authorities said a Civic motorcycle and at least one car collided under unclear circumstances.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the Nos. 4 and 5 lanes.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, the report said. A Los Angeles County Coroner representative was sent to the scene following the deadly accident.
Investigators are working to determine the factors that contributed to the collision.
