Deadly Multi-Car Accident on I-15 in San Diego
San Diego, California: One person died in a multi-vehicle collision that happened early Saturday morning on southbound Interstate 15 in San Diego, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup was reported around 4:30 p.m. north of Mira Mesa Boulevard.
Authorities said a Scion and a Toyota Rav4 were among the vehicles involved.
One person died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Investigators did not immediately establish the cause or manner of the collision.
