Deadly Semi-Truck Accident on SR-60 in Pomona
Pomona, California: The California Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly collision involving a semi-truck that took place Friday night on State Route 60 in Pomona.
The multi-vehicle accident was reported around 10:31 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the highway near Philips Ranch Road.
According to CHP, a semi-truck, a pickup truck, and a sedan were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles overturned in the crash.
One person died in the collision.
It was unclear if the other parties involved in the crash were hurt.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
