Double Fatal Crash on Highway 20 in Lake County
Lake County, California: Two people died in a traffic collision that happened Tuesday night in Lake County, Caltrans said.
The wreck occurred around 8:51 p.m. on Highway 20 near Witter Springs Road.
Caltrans said two vehicles collided, leaving two people dead.
Authorities closed the highway for investigation.
Motorists going westbound were advised to use Witter Springs Road to Bachelor Valley Road, and those traveling eastbound to use Bachelor Valley Road to Witter Springs Road.
