Eileen Ordoniez Killed in Turlock Crash at Fulkerth Road and Faith Home Road

Turlock, California – 31-year-old Eileen Ordoniez has been identified as the woman who died in a car crash near Turlock on Sunday afternoon.

The fatal collision happened at around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Fulkerth and Faith Home Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Ordoniez was a passenger in a 2013 Buick sedan that was traveling east on Fulkerth before it collided with a 2004 GMC pickup truck that was turning left onto Fulkerth from Faith Home.

Ordoniez was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.

The 17-year-old Modesto resident driving the Buick was taken to Doctors Medical Center with moderate injuries. He was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

The driver and passenger in the GMC were not injured.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
