Fatal Motorcycle Crash on South Western Avenue in San Pedro
San Pedro, California: A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic collision that happened Saturday evening in San Pedro, police said.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the incident occurred at around 5:49 p.m. in the 900 block of South Western Avenue, near the Deane Dana Friendship Park and Nature Center.
Authorities said a motorcycle and a car were involved in the accident, resulting in the death of the rider.
No other injuries were reported.
Police are working to establish the cause of the crash.
