Lodi, California (September 8, 2023) – 71-year-old Hernandez Romero has been identified as the man killed in a fiery collision last month near Lodi.
According to the San Joaquin County Coroner and Medical Examiner office, the accident occurred at about 3:33 a.m. on August 25 at Lower Sacramento and Acampo roads.
Authorities confirmed a black SUV and a silver SUV crashed head-on for unknown reasons. The black SUV caught fire due to the accident.
Romero, the black SUV driver, was killed in the accident.
