Fiery Crash in Junction City Leaves At Least 1 Dead
Trinity County, California: At least one person was killed in a fiery Junction City car crash that occurred Sunday night on State Route 299, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck occurred at around 8:29 p.m. at the 38600 block of of the highway.
A Ford Ranger truck and another truck were involved in the accident.
The Ranger caught fire and became fully engulfed.
Trinity County firefighters and medical personnel responded to the scene.
CHP said at least one person died in the accident.
The condition of the other involved parties was not mentioned.
CHP officers are investigating the wreck.
