Five Injured in Compton Car Accident at San Pedro Street and Rosecrans Avenue
Compton, California – Five people were injured after a Metro Bus collided with another vehicle in Compton on Monday morning.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the accident happened around 10:25 a.m. at San Pedro Street and Rosecrans Avenue.
The Metro 127 bus was traveling westbound on Rosecrans Avenue when it collided with another vehicle at the intersection.
Four people in the second vehicle sustained serious injuries and were treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
The Metro bus driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
No passenger on the bus was injured.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident
