Four Bicyclists Hit by Car on SR-9 in Felton
Felton, California: Major injuries were reported in a bicycle accident involving four cyclists that happened Tuesday evening in Felton, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported around 6:20 p.m. near 4700 State Route 9, not far from Glengarry Road.
CHP said a blue Ford sedan hit four cyclists for an unknown reason.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene shortly after the accident.
According to CHP, major injuries were sustained in the crash. The extent of the injuries of each rider was not mentioned.
The sedan acquired major front-end damage in the crash.
An investigation is ongoing.
