San Jose, California: A cyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries after colliding with a motorcycle Thursday night at an intersection in San Jose.
The accident took place near Hamilton Avenue and Latimer Avenue.
Police did not mention the cause and manner of the accident.
The cyclist was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The patient was stabilized at the hospital but remained in critical condition.
Investigators closed both eastbound and westbound lanes of Hamilton from Latimer Avenue to Parkview Avenue during the investigation.
