Humberto Flores-Torres Dies After Victorville Pedestrian Crash on D Street
Victorville, California (September 16, 2023) – Police have identified 50-year-old Humberto Flores-Torres of Fontana as the man killed in a pedestrian accident on Thursday night in Victorville.
The collision occurred at around 9:02 p.m. on September 14 at D and Fourth Streets.
Police said Flores-Tores was walking north across the street when he was struck by a vehicle heading west on D Street.
Flores-Tores was declared dead at the accident location.
The involved motorist remained at the crash site and was cooperative.
The incident remains under investigation.
