San Jose, California: An infant died, and a child and a woman were hospitalized after they were struck by a car late Tuesday night in San Jose.
The San Jose Police Department said the accident happened at around 11:40 p.m. at King Road and Ocala Avenue.
Authorities said a car hit a baby, a child, and a woman at the intersection under unclear circumstances.
The infant died at the scene, and the juvenile and woman were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police did not mention the relationship between the victims.
The driver involved stopped and cooperated with authorities.
An investigation is ongoing.
