The organization is responsible, more or less directly, for more than half of the payments of this bonus to 38 million beneficiaries. Three million of them must collect it directly through Urssaf. These are self-employed and home-based workers. However, according to Yann-Gaël Amghar, the organization has not yet received all of the bank details of the individuals concerned. “We lack [those] of 500,000 self-employed and 500,000 home-based workers,” he says.

Stimulus campaigns organized

Yet the Urssaf is well on its way to paying the inflation allowance. According to its director, on Wednesday (December 15th), 660,000 self-employed workers received the 100 euros promised by the executive. A second payment to 380,000 home workers is scheduled for Monday. And a third will occur on December 22, this time to 700,000 autoentrepreneurs. This is a bonus paid to a total of just over 1.7 million people. Far from the three million eligible beneficiaries who must receive a transfer from the Urssaf “inflation compensation”.

“This is because we do not have the bank details of all eligible people. We have those of 70% to 75% of the self-employed. But the big difficulty, it is the employees at home, “thus justifies Yann-Gaël Amghar to the daily newspaper. And to alert those who have not yet provided these details: “If the people eligible for the bonus do not give us their bank details, they will not receive the 100 euros. The director of Urssaf specifies that a stimulus campaign has already been put in place for home-based workers. Another will be launched in January for the self-employed.
