James Vasser Killed in Collision at Amethyst Road and Mojave Drive in Victorville
Victorville, California – 22-year-old James E. Vasser has been identified as the man who was killed in a car crash at an intersection in Victorville on Tuesday night.
The fatal crash happened around 9:55 p.m. at Amethyst Road and Mojave Drive, according to the Victorville Police Department.
A black Chevrolet Tahoe and a black Kia Soul reportedly collided head-on, but the events that led to the collision were not immediately determined.
Vasser was driving the Kia and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Tahoe was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating the collision.
