Janet Carrillo Killed in Garden Grove Crash on Magnolia Street
Garden Grove, California – 40-year-old Janet Carrillo has been identified as the woman who died after a car crashed into her home in Garden Grove on Sunday morning.
The tragic incident occurred around 1:55 a.m. in the 11800 block of Magnolia Street.
Police say a 35-year-old Riverside man was driving a 2019 Toyota Camry when he crashed into Carrillo’s home.
Carrillo was severely injured and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver fled the scene but was later located and arrested for driving under the influence.
More details about the crash were not provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
