Jonathan Chaidez Soto Killed in Bakersfield Crash on Columbus Street
Kern County, California – Jonathan Chaidez Soto, 32, has been identified by the Kern County coroner’s office as the man who died in a pedestrian accident last month in Bakersfield.
The auto-pedestrian accident happened in the 2500 block of Columbus Street at around 9:29 p.m. on February 21, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
Soto was reportedly struck by a car in unclear circumstances.
Soto died at the accident scene.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
