Joseph Henry Gill III Killed in Tucson Motorcycle Accident at Ajo and La Cholla
Tucson, Ariz. – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened on Friday evening in Tucson.
The fatal collision happened in the area of Ajo Way and La Cholla Boulevard at around 7 p.m., according to the Tucson Police Department.
A pickup truck was traveling east on Ajo Way and was turning onto northbound La Cholla when it hit a motorcycle operated by 51-year-old Joseph Henry Gill III.
The man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The pickup truck driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
