Kenneth Macho Killed in Pinyon Pines Crash on SR 74
Pinyon Pines, California – 75-year-old Kenneth Macho, of San Diego, was killed in a car crash that happened in Pinyon Pines on Thursday afternoon.
The fatal crash happened at around 12:35 p.m. on Highway 74 near milepost 88, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
Macho died at the accident scene.
Two other people were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
