Bakersfield, California (May 5, 2023) – According to a police report, Kerim Reyab was hurt following a fatal crash on April 18 in Bakersfield.
The fatal accident occurred a while before 5:44 p.m. on May 4 in the 10800 block of Campus Park Drive.
Police said Reyab was heading eastbound on Campus Park Drive in a Dodge Charger when he drove across the median and crashed into an oncoming Honda Civic.
The Honday driver, 66-year-old Gayla Sue Price, suffered fatal injuries from the collision.
Reyab and his two passengers were transported to a local hospital to treat moderate injuries.
Authorities suspect speed to have played a role in the collision.
