LA County DA Investigator, Wife, Killed in Downey Car Crash
Downey, California: 52-year-old Emilio Guerrero, a sergeant with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigation, and his wife Annabel Guerrero, 47, died in a car accident that happened Sunday afternoon in Downey.
The violent wreck happened around 2 p.m. at Paramount Boulevard and Gardendale Street.
Authorities said the Guerrero’s were traveling in the area when their car was hit by another vehicle driven by a 60-year-old South Gate man.
Emergency personnel pronounced both the sergeant and his wife at the scene.
No other details were given.
An investigation is ongoing.
