Leny Gaitan Killed in Murrieta Pedestrian Accident on Whitewood Road
Murrieta, California – 44-year-old Leny Palma Gaitan has been identified as the pedestrian who was fatally struck by multiple cars in Murrieta on Monday night.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened on Whitewood Road near Somers Road at around 7:29 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Gaitan was walking in the area and was struck by three southbound cars.
The man was transported to Wildomar’s Inland Valley Hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
No evidence of excessive speed or driver impairment was found,
