Logan Scroggins and Elisa Scroggins Killed in Sebastopol Crash on Highway 116

Sebastopol, California – Logan Scroggins, 21, and Elisa Scroggins, 23, have been identified as the two siblings who died in a head-on collision in Sebastopol early Saturday morning.

The fatal crash happened at around 12:11 a.m. on Highway 116 near Sonoma Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Logan was driving a Mitsubishi 3000GT and Elisa was riding in the right-front passenger seat. The siblings were traveling eastbound when the car drifted into the westbound lanes and collided head-on with a Toyota 4-Runner.

Logan and Elisa were killed in the accident.

The male driver of the 4-Runner and the male passenger were seriously injured and were transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
