Orcutt, California – 57-year-old Lonell Oliver of Lompoc has been identified as the pedestrian who died after being struck by a car in Orcutt on Saturday.
The fatal auto-pedestrian happened on Highway 1 at the Highway 135 split, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Oliver was struck by a sedan in unclear circumstances.
The man was pronounced dead at the accident scene by the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
