Valley Center, California – 72-year-old Luis Armando Rodriguez of Oceanside has been identified as the man killed in a deadly head-on crash two weeks ago in Valley Center.
According to the San Diego Coroner’s office, the collision happened in the 32600 block of Valley Center Road at about 5:59 p.m. on November 4.
Police said Rodriguez was heading northbound on Valley Center Road when he crashed head-on into a southbound Toyota pickup truck on Valley Center Road. The truck reportedly did not maneuver a curve in the roadway.
Rodriguez died in the collision.
No further information concerning this crash was released.
An investigation is ongoing.
