Riverside, California: One person was severely injured in a car accident that happened Sunday morning in Riverside, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported around 5:28 a.m. on southbound Interstate 15 near Ontario Avenue.
CHP said two vehicles were involved in the collision.
At least one person was severely injured in the accident. The person was hospitalized in an unknown condition.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
