Major Injuries Sustained in 2-Vehicle Collision in Contra Costa County
Contra Costa County, California: At least one person suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle collision that happened Sunday afternoon in Contra Costa County, the California Highway Patrol said.
At around 5:20 p.m., officers received reports of a rollover collision on Vasco Road near Walnut Boulevard.
The officers responded to the scene and found two cars involved in the collision. One vehicle that was reportedly attempting to overtake another overturned in the crash.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the accident.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
