Major Injuries Sustained in Big Rig Accident on I-5 in Woodland
Woodland, California: One person was seriously injured in a big rig accident that happened Wednesday morning in Woodland.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash took place around 10:39 a.m. on northbound Interstate 5 just south of West Street.
A Chevrolet Tahoe and a semi-truck were involved in the crash.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and took one person to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.
CHP is investigating the accident.
