Major Injuries Sustained in Multi-Vehicle Collision in Perris
Perris, California: One person was seriously injured in a car accident that happened early Sunday morning in Perris, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The pileup took place around 4:39 a.m. on Cajalco Road just east of Barton Street.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision.
One person was trapped inside one of the cars.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the motorists.
One person was transported to Riverside University Hospital System in Moreno Valley with major injuries.
The collision is under investigation.
