Major Injury Accident Involving Semi-Truck on I-5 in Lebec
Lebec, California: At least one person was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck that happened Saturday afternoon on Interstate 5 in Lebec.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pileup took place at around 1:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes south of Quail Lake Road.
A Toyota Camry, a Porsche, and a semi-truck collided for unknown reasons. The semi-truck jackknifed, blocking the lanes Nos. 1 and 2.
At least one person sustained serious injuries in the accident.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
