Man Injured in Yakima Pedestrian Accident at 10th Avenue and West Nob Hill Blvd
Yakima, Washington. – A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a car on Thursday morning in Yakima.
The accident happened at around 6:21 a.m. in the area of 10th Avenue and West Nob Hill Boulevard, according to the Yakima Police Department.
A 29-year-old man was crossing the road in the area and was struck by a car.
The man suffered a serious head injury and was transported to Multicare Yakima Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The 70-year-old driver of the car stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
