Man Killed in Bakersfield Car Crash Identified
Bakersfield, California: 27-year-old Lane Austin Sessions was the man who died in a two-car crash on July 21 in Bakersfield, the Kern County Coroner’s Office said.
Bakersfield police responded to the 4800 block of Akers Road at Pacheco Road after receiving reports of a car crash around 1:10 a.m.
The officers learned that Sessions was driving a car north on Akers when he collided with another vehicle going west on Pacheco.
Sessions lost control of the car and hit a fence. The vehicle rolled over and ejected him and his passenger.
The Bakersfield man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other people were hospitalized for their injuries.
