Man Killed in Bicycle Accident in Lennox Identified
Lennox, California: The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s Office identified the cyclist who was fatally hit by a car last week as 51-year-old Cesar Hernandez.
The accident was reported around 11:41 p.m. Wednesday near Hawthorne and Lennox boulevards.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department firefighters found Hernandez with serious injuries. The firefighters treated the victim, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said the crash might have been a hit-and-run.
An investigation is ongoing.
