Man Killed in Collision on Clairemont Drive in Bay Park
Bay Park, California – A 45-year-old man died in a crash in Bay Park early Sunday morning.
The San Diego Police Department said the crash was reported around 1:44 a.m. on Clairemont Drive.
The man was driving a 2004 BMW 645CI southbound on Clairemont Drive when for unknown reasons, he veered right and rear-ended a parked 2005 Ford F350 pickup truck.
Emergency crew responded to the crash and rushed the man to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police are investigating to determine whether alcohol and drugs played a role in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
