Man Killed in Crash at 67th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix Identified
Phoenix, Arizona: Authorities identified the man who died in a two-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday night near an intersection in Phoenix as 38-year-old Ozzy Pena.
The accident was reported around 10 p.m. near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road.
Investigators said Pena was a passenger in a car whose male driver veered into the two-way center lane of traffic while going west on Thomas Road and collided with a truck attempting to turn left.
Pena was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Three other people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police do not think intoxication was a contributing factor.
