Phoenix, Arizona – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle collision that happened early Saturday morning in north Phoenix.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. near Tatum and Shea boulevards, according to Phoenix police.
A ride-share vehicle is reported to have collided with another vehicle in unclear circumstances.
A man in the ride-share vehicle was transported to the hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
The female driver of the second vehicle and her three passengers were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities say the car driven by the woman failed to stop for a red light and struck the man’s car.
Impairment was ruled out as a factor in the accident.
