Hanford, California – A man died after being hit by a car on Saturday night in Hanford.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on 10th Avenue near Iona Avenue at around 9 p.m.
A man was driving a Honda Accord south on 10th Avenue when he hit a man walking across the street.
The pedestrian, a 69-year-old, was killed in the accident.
The driver of the car and a passenger were unhurt.
