Man Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Foothill (60) Freeway in Azusa ID’d
Azusa, California: The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim of a deadly multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday night in Azusa as 55-year-old Jay Park.
The accident took place around 10:28 p.m. on the westbound Foothill (60) Freeway at Azusa Avenue.
A semi-truck and two other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Park was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the collision was not immediately determined.
CHP closed four westbound lanes of the freeway for several hours during the investigation.
