Man Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver in Tulare County
Tulare County, California: A man died after he was struck by a car early Sunday morning east of Lindsay in Tulare County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported just after 12:30 a.m. on Avenue 252, east of Road 216.
A 43-year-old Lindsay man was walking in the roadway when he was hit by a car under unclear circumstances.
First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The driver involved did not stop.
Officers are searching for the hit-and-run vehicle and driver.
