Irvine, California – 87-year-old Maria Servas was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened in Irvine on Friday evening.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened around 7:45 p.m. on Irvine Boulevard near Marketplace, according to the Irvine Police Department.
The woman was in a crosswalk walking northbound on Marketplace and was hit by a black Jeep Wrangler traveling westbound.
Paramedics responded to the crash and pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
