Mark Adams Killed in Phoenix Motorcycle Accident at 21st Street and Broadway Road
Phoenix, Arizona – 57-year-old Mark David Adams died in a motorcycle accident that occurred at an intersection in Phoenix on Thursday afternoon.
The fatal crash was reported around 2:30 p.m. at 21st Street and Broadway Road, according to the Phoenix police.
Police say 43-year-old Guadalupe Lopez Alvarez was driving a car when she made a U-turn directly in front of a motorcycle operated by Adams and both vehicles collided.
Adams was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
Alvarez remained at the scene and was arrested after being determined to have been driving under the influence of drugs.

According to the Sacramento Metro Fire District, the accident occurred around 1:50 p.m. at Antelope and Roseville roads.
Three vehicles collided, trapping two occupants in the wreckage.
Firefighters responded to the scene and freed the victims. The patients were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.

Irvine, California: 65-year-old Kenneth Joseph McLeod died after he collided with a car while riding a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Irvine.
The accident was reported around 4:50 p.m. at Alton Parkway and Foster.
Investigators said McLeod was riding a motorcycle southbound on Alton when he ran a red light at Foster and crashed into a Tesla turning left from northbound Alton onto westbound Foster.
The Tesla had a green light at the time of the crash.
McLeod died at the scene from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Victorville, California: A woman riding a motorized wheelchair was injured when she was hit by a car Thursday morning at an intersection in Victorville.
The accident was reported around 8:48 a.m. at Roy Rogers Drive and Amargosa Road.
Victorville police, firefighters, and AMR responded to the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
A man driving a black Nissan was found at the scene but it was not clear if he was the driver involved in the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
