Quartzsite, Arizona – According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the names of the four family members killed in a fatal collision have been released.

Karyl Perez, Giana Perez, Emalynn Perez, and Olivia Perez were killed in the deadly collision that occurred on 10 Freeway at milepost 33, near Ramsey Mine Road, at about 3:30 p.m. on July 12.

Karyl Perez and her daughters died after their car was rear-ended by a utility truck carrying a load of asphalt.

Two other persons, Karyl’s friend and son, died in the crash. Their names remained undisclosed.

The incident remains under investigation.
