Motorcyclist Dies After Colliding with Car in Gilbert
Gilbert, Arizona: A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car Sunday afternoon at an intersection in Gilbert.
According to the Gilbert Police Department, the incident was reported around 3:30 p.m. at Ray and Higley roads.
Gilbert Fire and Rescue responded to the scene and performed life saving measures on the motorcyclist, but he died at the scene.
The driver of the car stopped and cooperated with investigators.
Southbound Higley Road was closed at Ray Road, and northbound Higley Road was shut down at Galveston Street during the investigation.
